School of Theology @ St Thomas Crookes

Do you ever wrestle with questions about the existence of God? Why do bad things happen to good people? Who really wrote the Bible and how do I read it? Or maybe one of the many other big questions? Then you're doing theology: you're thinking about God.

The theologian Karl Barth once said, 'In the Church of Jesus Christ there can and should be no non-theologians.'

Theology belongs in the very heart of the local church. Theology belongs in the hands of believers.

The School of Theology offers an opportunity to listen to some of the best thinkers and communicators of Christian faith today, to chew over these ideas with others, and a great way to get to know people who are on the same journey as you are.

This year we're partnering with Holy Trinity Brompton in London to bring to St Thomas Crookes the best theologians and Bible teachers from around the country. Each session will either be a live speaker or a big screen showing of a DVD filmed at HTB, and there are two tracks: a 'Faith' track and a 'Bible' track.

How much will it cost?
What experience do I need?
