New for 2011

We are delighted to be able to build on the success of this year’s School of Theology – and we would love to share with you our news about next year’s new courses.

We are introducing three more courses at the School of Theology: a brand new Life Track and two modules – along with the two existing Bible Track and Life Track.

Modules for 2011—2012

Building on the success of the Ethics Module (2010-11), we are launching two brand new accredited modules this year: Doctrine and Mission. Each module will be taught over two Saturdays. You can sign up for just one or both modules.

The Systematic Theology Module will be taught by the Revd Dr Lincoln Harvey and Dr Jane Willaims, who are on staff at St Mellitus Theological College, London. The Doctrine module will take a closer look at some core foundations of the Christian faith, such as the Trinity, incarnation, resurrection, etc.

The Mission Module will be taught by Dr Elaine Storkey from the Church Army’s Wilson Carlile Centre in Sheffield. This module will be taught over two Saturdays for anyone wanting to go further into the theology and practice of mission.
